Founder & Head Coach
Cat coaches and trains leaders and high performers to accelerate their growth and help them to create fulfilling, purpose-led careers. After 20+ years of success building revenue generating divisions and highly productive teams across some of the top communications agencies, Cat put her leadership skills to use in a different way by training as an ICF certified coach (currently ICF-PCC certified). She also holds an honors degree in Psychology and draws on this learning to enhance her training and coaching services.
