What types of coaching and training do you offer?
I specialise in leadership, confidence, and team development for agency professionals and senior leaders. That includes 1:1 executive coaching, interactive workshops, and longer-term leadership development programmes. Every session is designed to be practical, engaging, and directly relevant to the challenges of agency life.

Who do you typically work with?
I work with CEOs, Managing Directors, Heads of People, and agency managers who want to build more confident leaders and high-performing teams. My clients range from global communications agencies to independent design shops. I also work with individuals who want to strengthen their leadership presence and impact.

What makes your sessions different from other trainers or coaches?
My background as an agency leader means I’ve sat where you sit. I understand the pressure of clients, pitches, deadlines, and team dynamics. My approach blends coaching and training: I don’t just tell people what to do — I create space for them to think, practice, and shift their mindset so the learning sticks.

How long are your sessions?
Sessions vary depending on your needs. A focused workshop can run for 90 minutes, half a day, or a full day. Leadership programmes are usually designed over several weeks or months to embed real change. Coaching sessions are typically 60–90 minutes each.

Do you offer customised programmes?
Absolutely. Every organisation is different. I take time to understand your team’s challenges and goals, then design a programme that works for you, whether that’s a single workshop, a leadership offsite, or an ongoing L&D partnership.

Do you work outside of agencies?
Yes. While agencies are my specialty, I also work with leaders and teams in corporates, start-ups, and not-for-profits who want to build confidence, collaboration, and leadership capability.

Where are your sessions held?
Most sessions are delivered virtually or in-person in Singapore and across Asia. I also travel for client engagements and run workshops globally.
